We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience, preferably from the insurance or financial services domain, to drive requirement gathering and solution design for digital/portal development initiatives. The ideal candidate should be with strong expertise in requirements engineering, API integrations, and Agile delivery, and the ability to collaborate with business, UX, and technical teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs.
- Elicit, document, and validate functional & non-functional requirements.
- Prepare process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure customer-centric and intuitive portal design.
- Work closely with technical teams on API integrations, data flows, and system interactions.
- Support SIT & UAT, including test scenario preparation and validation.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements across design, development, and testing phases.
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for clarifications on business requirements during development.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Strong experience in customer journey mapping and requirements engineering.
- Hands-on exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Good understanding of API-based integrations, workflows, and self-service portals.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- CBAP / CCBA / Agile BA Certification
