Assistant/ Sr. Assistant- Warehouse(Japanese MNC)

Job Summary

Looking for a Assistant/ Sr. Assistant- Warehouse in a top Japanese MNC that are into the manufacturing of Automotive components responsible for parts planning, delivery monitoring, inventory control, and warehouse/logistics operations to ensure smooth production flow and timely customer deliveries.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule parts as per production requirements
  • Monitor parts/material delivery and ensure timely availability
  • Coordinate with suppliers for material follow-ups and delivery commitments
  • Manage FG warehouse operations and ensure accurate stock handling
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and system updates
  • Perform daily physical stock verification and reconciliation
  • Prepare delivery documents (Invoice, E-way bill, dispatch documentation)
  • Plan and monitor vehicle movement for dispatch and delivery
  • Track production vs material availability and avoid line stoppages
  • Support audit activities (J-Sox, IATF, ISO) and maintain documentation
  • Drive Kaizen and continuous improvement (Dx) activities
  • Control and monitor departmental expenses
  • Coordinate with PPC, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams

Requirements

  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Supply Chain / Mechanical preferred)
  • Experience: 1+ years in PPC / Logistics / Warehouse / SCM

  • MS Excel & MS Office
  • ERP (SAP / Oracle preferred)
    Communication: Good in Hindi & English
