- Administer and maintain the Informatica IDMC platform across development and production environments
- Setup and configure on-premise secure Agent
- Configure and manage services related to Data Quality, Data Catalog, profiling, and scanning
- Set up users, roles, permissions, and security policies in line with enterprise standards
- Support environment setup, connectivity, agent configuration, and integration with source and target systems
- Monitor platform health, job execution, and system performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Support deployment activities, release coordination, and migration of configurations across environments
- Coordinate with Informatica support and internal infrastructure teams for incident resolution and upgrades
- Prepare operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials
