Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dispatch and logistics operations for finished goods.
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules in coordination with production and sales teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while optimizing freight and transportation costs.
- Handle SAP SD module for order processing, billing, delivery creation, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and customers for smooth dispatch execution.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, e-way bills, and invoicing norms.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and generate MIS reports for management review.
Key Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics, preferably in the PVC industry.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP SD module.
- Good understanding of transport management, documentation, and supply chain processes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
