Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM Architect

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) CRM Architect to lead enterprise CRM transformation initiatives and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable customer engagement platforms using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
The role requires a seasoned professional who can combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting capabilities, enabling organizations to modernize their customer engagement ecosystem and build integrated digital platforms.
What You Will Do
Enterprise CRM Architecture
  • Own the end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations across enterprise environments.
  • Design scalable solutions covering Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service modules.
  • Define enterprise CRM platform strategy, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps.
Power Platform Strategy
  • Architect enterprise solutions leveraging:
    • Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas Apps)
    • Power Automate
    • Power Pages
    • Dataverse
  • Establish Power Platform governance, security models, and ALM frameworks.
Integration & Digital Ecosystem
  • Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, data lakes, customer portals, and mobile applications.
  • Define integration patterns using:
    • Azure API Management
    • Azure Service Bus
    • Azure Logic Apps
    • Azure Functions
    • REST APIs and event-driven architectures.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide architecture guidance to development teams and technical leads.
  • Review solution designs, code, and integrations to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Establish best practices, development standards, and architecture governance.
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead discovery workshops and architecture discussions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into technology solutions and platform architectures.
  • Provide strategic advisory to senior leadership and enterprise architects.
Program Leadership
  • Support large-scale CRM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.
  • Contribute to pre-sales engagements, RFP responses, and solution proposals.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in CRM and enterprise application architecture.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale CRM implementations or digital transformation programs.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Dynamics 365 CE architecture
    • Dataverse data modeling
    • Power Platform solution design
    • CRM customization (C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins)
Integration & Cloud
  • Experience designing integrations using:
    • Azure Service Bus
    • Azure Logic Apps
    • Azure API Management
    • Azure Functions
    • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Good understanding of Azure identity, security, and cloud architecture.
Leadership & Consulting Skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Experience leading distributed development teams and architecture governance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
