Maintenance Manager extrusion- Electrical

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager for the PVC Pipe Extrusion Division is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities related to the extrusion equipment and auxiliary machinery. This role ensures that the machinery operates efficiently, minimizes downtime, and adheres to safety standards along with Utility maintenance and electrical maintenance. Candidates should have experience of more than 10 years in the PVC Industry(pipe division).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all extrusion equipment and associated machinery.
• Ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain a record of all maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with extrusion equipment.
• Coordinate and perform repairs to ensure quick resolution of equipment failures.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts and ensure their availability for prompt repairs.
• Manage procurement of maintenance supplies and spare parts within budget constraints.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives.
• Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including costs for labor, materials, and external services.
• Monitor and control maintenance expenses to stay within budget.
