Role Summary
Lead the Transaction Management & Compliance function, ensuring smooth execution of real estate transactions, operational excellence, compliance adherence, revenue protection, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end transaction management team and workflows.
- Oversee transaction pipelines, listing administration, and client deliverables.
- Monitor team KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transaction requirements.
- Review transaction audits and compliance reports.
- Drive revenue leakage prevention initiatives.
- Manage escalations and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare operational and management reports.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in real estate transaction management or operations.
- Experience leading transaction coordination/compliance teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and transaction platforms.
- Excellent reporting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
