Role Summary

Lead the Transaction Management & Compliance function, ensuring smooth execution of real estate transactions, operational excellence, compliance adherence, revenue protection, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end transaction management team and workflows.
  • Oversee transaction pipelines, listing administration, and client deliverables.
  • Monitor team KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and transaction requirements.
  • Review transaction audits and compliance reports.
  • Drive revenue leakage prevention initiatives.
  • Manage escalations and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare operational and management reports.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in real estate transaction management or operations.
  • Experience leading transaction coordination/compliance teams.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and transaction platforms.
  • Excellent reporting, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
