Sr. Engineer/ Engineer- Product design- UPVC Doors and Windows

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new uPVC door and window systems based on client and market requirements.

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CREO or similar tools).

• Handle product customization based on architectural drawings and specifications.

• Coordinate with production and tooling teams for design feasibility and implementation.

• Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, aesthetics, structural strength, and performance.

• Conduct prototype development, testing, and validations.

• Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision controls.

• Collaborate with sales, projects, and installation teams for technical support.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of uPVC profiles, fabrication, and installation practices.

• Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

• Understanding of standards related to doors and windows (air-water-wind testing, acoustic, etc.).

• Problem-solving mindset and design innovation capabilities.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
