Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow setup, administration, and development, with over10 years of experience in the field. This role requires expertise in ITSM implementations and a deep understanding of the ITIL framework.
Responsibilities :
– Lead the setup, administration, and development of ServiceNow solutions.
– Strategize and build the CMDB setup and relations from scratch for the organization.
– Implement ITSM across key service areas, including CMDB.
– Deliver ITIL framework solutions with in-depth knowledge and certification.
– Utilize upstream and downstream technical skills on infrastructure technologies.
Requirements :
– 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow setup, administration, and development.
– Proven expertise in ITSM implementations.
– Ability to build and strategize CMDB setup and relations from scratch.
– In-depth knowledge, certification, and working experience in ITIL framework deliveries.
– Strong technical skills in upstream and downstream infrastructure technologies.
