Own transaction audit and compliance activities, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented, compliant, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct transaction file audits and compliance reviews.
  • Verify completeness and accuracy of transaction documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Review commission calculations and transaction records.
  • Identify risks, discrepancies, and revenue leakage opportunities.
  • Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation.
  • Support transaction closing approvals.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of transaction compliance, audit, or real estate operations experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with transaction management systems and documentation controls.
  • Knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance processes.
