Qualification :-   Graduation/ Post Graduate

Experience    :-   For Graduate 6 to 10 years and For Post Graduate 4 to 8 years experience in similar / FMCG industry

Job Description:-

1. Responsible for promotion of entire range of products in assigned area by meeting Sales targets.
2. Expanding Sales coverage by sales promotion within sales policies framework.
3. To undertake business development by introducing new network partners
4. Responsible for New Products Launching in the assigned Territory and Responsible for width and depth of Distribution.
5. Ensuring maximum brand visibility and Display Units installation.
6. Leading, training and motivating the Associates (MAs/PAs/DAs)
7. To keep track on credit and control outstanding payment as per Company Policy.
8. Relationship building, coordination and grievances handling and redressal of complaints related to damage, display and supply.
9. Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitors’ information from market
10. Timely submission of MIS
