R&D Executive – Home Care Development

Role Summary:
The R&D Executive for Home Care Development will be responsible for developing, and optimizing
innovative home care products such as surface cleaners, fabric care products, dishwashing solutions,
and air fresheners. The role involves end-to-end product development, stability studies, regulatory
compliance, and supporting production scale-up activities.

Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and formulate new home care products in alignment with market trends and customer
needs.
 Conduct stability studies, compatibility tests, and performance evaluations of formulations.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Production, Quality Control, and
Regulatory Affairs.
 Support pilot-scale and commercial-scale production trials, ensuring smooth technology
transfer.
 Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, lab trials, and test results.
 Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.
 Identify and evaluate new raw materials in collaboration with suppliers.
 Troubleshoot formulation and production issues to optimize product quality and cost.
 Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
 2-4 years of experience in R&D for home care or household cleaning products.
 Strong understanding of surfactant systems, emulsions, and cleaning technologies.
 Experience with stability testing and regulatory compliance for consumer products.
 Proficiency in laboratory equipment and formulation techniques.
