Experience: 2-3 years
Candidate: CIPET (Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology) DPT/ PGD-PPT should be an Assam native
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Implement and manage quality control processes throughout the production lifecycle of PVC pipes, from raw material inspection to finished product testing.
- Inspection and Testing: Perform regular inspections and testing of PVC pipes to identify defects, deviations from standards, and any other quality issues. Record and analyze data from these tests to make informed decisions.
- Defect Analysis: Investigate the root causes of quality issues and defects, working closely with production teams to identify corrective and preventive actions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control procedures, test results, and improvement initiatives. Generate reports on quality performance for management review.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols within the PVC pipe manufacturing process.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to production teams on quality control procedures, emphasizing the importance of maintaining consistent product quality.
- Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and complaints related to product quality and work towards resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with advancements in PVC pipe manufacturing techniques, quality control methodologies, and industry trends.
