Quality Control (QC) Executive – Personal Care

Experience: 2-4 years (Preferred in Personal Care / Cosmetics Industry)
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Executive to ensure the quality and consistency of our personal care
products. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and testing raw materials, in-process
batches, and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished personal care products.
 Perform physical and chemical testing as per quality control standards.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (BIS, FDA, GMP, etc.) for personal care products.
 Maintain and update quality control records, test reports, and documentation (FG COA & Specification).
 Ensure proper sampling and batch approvals before product release.
 Assist in the calibration and maintenance of lab instruments and testing equipment.
 Support audits and ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Skills & Requirements:
 Knowledge of quality control procedures, raw materials, and formulation testing.
 Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (pH meter, viscometer, moisture analyzer, etc.).
 Strong understanding of cosmetic and personal care regulations.
 Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and documentation accuracy.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education & Experience:
 Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field) OR Diploma in Cosmetics /
Pharmaceuticals.
 Experience: 1-3 years in QC for personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG.
