Packaging Development: Design and develop primary, secondary and tertiary packaging for pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, personal care and homecare.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure packaging meets quality, regulatory and functional standards.
Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and procure packaging materials conduct supplier audits and cost negotiations.
Artwork & Documentation: Finalize artwork, prepare SOPs, BOMs and specifications.
Product Launches: Support monthly launches of ~30 products from third-party manufacturers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with R&D, Marketing, QA, Procurement and Production teams.

Expertise in packaging materials, printing technologies and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator or other design tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
