Job summary:
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment, including Vapor Absorption Machines (VAM), uPVC extrusion lines, screw compressors, cooling towers and filtration units. He is from the background of uPVC windows and profiles manufacturing industry and has experience more then 7 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation & Maintenance: Manage VAM (Vapor Absorption Machine), screw compressors, cooling towers and filtration units.
- Maintenance Expertise: Oversee uPVC extrusion lines, including Krauss Maffei Cincinnati Machines and profile extruders (windows & doors).
- Breakdown Analysis: Conduct RCA & 5-Why analysis for electrical equipment failures.
- Spare Management: Handle spare parts for critical equipment, including procurement through NAV processes.
- Utility Management: Supervise all plant utility activities related to electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Project Management: Lead installation and commissioning of new extrusion machines with utility facilities (water, electrical, pneumatic lines).
- Preventive Maintenance: Maintain schedules per the master data sheet and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Cost Management: Control store spare costs following SOPs.
- Audit Compliance: Maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
- Reporting: Prepare and manage monthly and yearly MIS data as per SOP requirements.
