This position is for a leading electronics manufacturing organization. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position suitable for a recent graduate or a candidate with little to no work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on them through phone, email and other communication channels
- Support the sales team in maintaining and developing customer relationships
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales materials as needed
- Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on any customer issues or concerns
- Update the company’s CRM system with accurate customer and sales information
- Work collaboratively with other teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
