Inside Sales Coordinator (Fresher)

This position is for a leading electronics manufacturing organization. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an entry-level position suitable for a recent graduate or a candidate with little to no work experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and follow up on them through phone, email and other communication channels
  • Support the sales team in maintaining and developing customer relationships
  • Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and other sales materials as needed
  • Work with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on any customer issues or concerns
  • Update the company’s CRM system with accurate customer and sales information
  • Work collaboratively with other teams such as marketing, product, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team such as scheduling appointments and arranging meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
