- Responsible for planning the production as per orders received from the marketing dept.
Responsible for preparation and establishment of planned and expected production capacity usage
through monthly and quarterly plans in order to fulfil sales needs and to maintain most economical
capacity usage - Preparing of monthly production plan & day-wise production schedules.
- Tracking for the availability of raw materials and the other resources for the production.
- Day to Day Production activity to meet Production Plan and Production requirement
- Planning & coordinating with other departments to achieve the daily production target.
- Prepare the Material Planning sheet for the component.
- Daily Co-ordination with Plant Dispatch Team for shortfalls planning to achieve zero sales loss
- Proficiency with ERP Preferably SAP PP
- Maintaining Daily sheets like Machine wise power consumption.
- Daily maintaining and monitoring of all machine’s OEE
- Focus on Product quality and on-time delivery
- monthly MIS review meetings
