Dispatch Executive- FMCG

Job Summary:-

The Dispatch operations is responsible for coordinating and managing the logistics, movement of vehicles,
drivers and goods to ensure timely and efficient delivery. This role involves planning, organizing and
monitoring dispatch operations to meet customer demands and company objectives. The company is into Personal Care Product Manufacturing(FMCG).

Key Responsibilities:-

• Oversee dispatch and manufacturing logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Plan and optimize TMS (Transport Management System) for efficient transport operations.
• Develop and execute route planning for vehicles, ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Track vehicle movement to ensure real-time monitoring and smooth dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production and logistics teams for seamless workflow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards related to transportation.
• Maintain dispatch records, analyze logistics data and improve efficiency.
• Address any delays, issues or deviations in transport schedules.
• Manage dispatch operations.
