PPM Functional Lead

Job summary:

We are looking for an experienced PPM- functional Lead in a leading global IT and digital services company located in Saudi Arabia. Ideal candidates should have experience between 15–20 years’ experience with multiple end-to-end Oracle PPM implementations and strong Project Accounting knowledge.

Key responsibility:

• Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle PPM / Project Financial Management solutions.
• Strong expertise in Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts and
  Project Accounting.
• Drive business processes covering project planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and project
  performance.
• Define and validate integration requirements with Oracle Finance, Procurement, Primavera P6/Unifier
  and other enterprise systems.
• Conduct business workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and TO-BE process design.
  Lead configuration, functional specifications, testing, UAT, data migration and deployment
  activities.
• Ensure effective management of project costs, commitments, actuals, revenue, billing and
  capitalization.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Finance leads, technical teams and implementation partners.
  Experience in large enterprise, Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Construction or capital-project environments
  preferred.
