We are seeking an experienced CyberArk Transformation Lead to drive enterprise-wide Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead CyberArk strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation for large-scale security transformation programs while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CyberArk transformation programs from assessment to production deployment.
- Define PAM strategy, governance framework, operating model, and implementation roadmap.
- Assess existing environments and design future-state CyberArk architecture.
- Conduct customer workshops, solution discussions, and executive presentations.
- Develop migration strategies from legacy PAM solutions to CyberArk.
- Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, testers, and integration specialists.
- Establish implementation standards, security controls, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, IAM, Security, and Application teams.
- Drive project governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
- Build and establish a CyberArk Center of Excellence (CoE).
