Assistant manager- Fabrication

Looking for an Assistant manager- Fabrication for a leading uPVC doors and windows manufacturing industry located in Delhi(NCR). The ideal candidate should have exposure of fabrication along with planning, shop floor and also have good exposure of SAP/ Klase/ Odoo ERP/ Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Job responsibility:- 

1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders.
2. Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to achieve production targets.
3. Monitor production progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
4. Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Dispatch teams.
5. Supervise all fabrication activities, including cutting, machining, weldingcrimping, corner cleaning, glazing, hardware fitting, assembly, and packing.
6. Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
7. Optimize workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
8. Monitor machine utilization and production efficiency.

9. Prepare material requirement plans based on production schedules and customer orders.

10. Calculate requirements for profiles, glass, hardware, accessories, sealants, gaskets, reinforcement, fasteners, and consumables.

11. Ensure timely availability of all materials to support uninterrupted production.
