Manage day-to-day transaction activities from contract execution through closing while ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate transaction activities from initiation to closing.
- Track contract deadlines and transaction milestones.
- Maintain transaction records and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and internal teams.
- Update CRM and transaction management systems.
- Follow up on outstanding documents and approvals.
- Support listing administration and status tracking.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of transaction coordination or real estate operations experience.
- Experience working with CRM and transaction management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
