Manage day-to-day transaction activities from contract execution through closing while ensuring timely completion of all milestones.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transaction activities from initiation to closing.
  • Track contract deadlines and transaction milestones.
  • Maintain transaction records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and internal teams.
  • Update CRM and transaction management systems.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents and approvals.
  • Support listing administration and status tracking.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of transaction coordination or real estate operations experience.
  • Experience working with CRM and transaction management tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
