Key Responsibilities
- Conduct transaction file audits and compliance reviews.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of transaction documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Review commission calculations and transaction records.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and revenue leakage opportunities.
- Maintain audit trails and compliance documentation.
- Support transaction closing approvals.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of transaction compliance, audit, or real estate operations experience.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience with transaction management systems and documentation controls.
- Knowledge of audit methodologies and compliance processes.
