Job Summary
Looking for a Production Engineer with experience in Aluminium Doors, Windows, and Facade systems to manage and supervise production activities. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control and ensuring timely completion of fabrication and assembly work.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise production activities for aluminium doors, windows, and facade systems.
- Ensure fabrication, cutting, assembly, and installation processes are executed as per drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily production schedules to meet project timelines and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with design, project, and site teams for smooth execution of production work.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during fabrication and assembly.
- Manage workforce, machines, and materials efficiently on the shop floor.
- Conduct inspection and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Maintain production reports, inventory records, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of aluminium fabrication, glazing, and facade systems
- Understanding of technical drawings and fabrication layouts
- Experience with cutting machines, CNC, assembly tools, and fabrication equipment
- Good production planning and team management skills
- Knowledge of quality control and safety practices
