Role Responsibilities

Provide production support for the Administrator (ADMI) platform

Troubleshoot batch and online processing issues

Perform issue triage, debugging, and resolution

Support COBOL applications in mainframe/Linux environments

Handle code fixes, emergency production changes, and system enhancements
Preferred

Experience in Insurance / Financial Services systems

Exposure to policy administration platforms (ADMI or similar)
