Strategic/Key Account Manager-IT Hardware-Hyderabad

Candidates should be handling clients from domestic (India) market only. They should have experience of new client acquisition as well as the client retention experience.

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager who will be
responsible for driving sales and contribute to the topline.

Responsibilities and Duties:
 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the client requirement
 Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and
ensure its strong presence.
 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs.
 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
 Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business and acquire new clients as well
 Hunt for new clients and new markets
 Manage the sales growth and revenue enhancement
 Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve the market presence
 To explore and tap new geographical market for company
