Sr Executive/Assistant Manager- HR

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, specifically in plant manufacturing-based hiring, and will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as talent acquisition, documentation, and vendor management. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks, including recruitment, and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition
    • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on manufacturing and plant-based roles.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  2. Documentation
    • Manage and maintain employee records, including contracts, compliance documentation, and other HR-related paperwork.
    • Ensure legal and organizational documentation is up to date.
  3. Onboarding
    • Develop and execute onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
    • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
  4. Vendor Management
    • Manage relationships with HR-related vendors, including recruitment agencies, training providers, and others.
    • Negotiate and ensure service delivery is aligned with organizational requirements.

                 Requirements:

  • Male candidate preferred.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing-based hiring is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work in a 6-day week environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
