Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of HR experience, specifically in plant manufacturing-based hiring, and will be responsible for overseeing HR functions such as talent acquisition, documentation, and vendor management. The position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks, including recruitment, and employee onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on manufacturing and plant-based roles.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Documentation
- Manage and maintain employee records, including contracts, compliance documentation, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Ensure legal and organizational documentation is up to date.
- Onboarding
- Develop and execute onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with HR-related vendors, including recruitment agencies, training providers, and others.
- Negotiate and ensure service delivery is aligned with organizational requirements.
Requirements:
- Male candidate preferred.
- Proven experience in manufacturing-based hiring is essential.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work in a 6-day week environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
