The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for Uttar Pradesh West is responsible for managing the sales and distribution of a company’s products within the assigned region. The person should have a strong sales background in PVC Pipes and Fittings and strong dealer network in UP West covering regions mentioned below (Should have a strong hold in two of the below regions and have handled a 80-100 crore sales per annum)

- Bareilly
- Aligarh
- Agra
The following are some of the key responsibilities of an RSM in this role:
- Develop sales strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the company’s overall sales objectives for the region.
- Manage the sales team: Manage a team of sales representatives in the region, ensuring they are meeting or exceeding sales targets, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage dealer distribution network: Manage and expand the dealer distribution network in the region, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time and place.
- Monitor market trends: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers in the region to promote the company’s products and services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and use this information to develop targeted marketing and sales campaigns.
- Analyze sales data: Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage budgets: Manage the sales budget for the region, ensuring that expenses are within the approved budget and sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide feedback: Provide regular feedback to the senior management team on sales performance, market trends, and customer needs in the region.
