Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Solar Module Sales to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B solar module sales, deep industry connections, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of solar PV modules across designated regions (domestic/international as applicable).

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Identify and engage with EPC companies, project developers, IPPs, and distributors to generate demand.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and negotiation tactics.

Work closely with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the solar sector.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic plans for market expansion.

Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in solar module sales (B2B).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the solar industry.

Strong network of industry contacts in the renewable energy ecosystem.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to travel as per business needs.
Preferred Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience working with Tier-1 solar module manufacturers or distributors.
