Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Solar Module Sales to join our growing renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B solar module sales, deep industry connections, and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of solar PV modules across designated regions (domestic/international as applicable).

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

  • Identify and engage with EPC companies, project developers, IPPs, and distributors to generate demand.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and negotiation tactics.

  • Work closely with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the solar sector.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic plans for market expansion.

  • Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar module sales (B2B).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the solar industry.

  • Strong network of industry contacts in the renewable energy ecosystem.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Willingness to travel as per business needs.

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Experience working with Tier-1 solar module manufacturers or distributors.
