Job description:

• Design new products for the Bath Fittings division.
• Study competitor samples and benchmark accordingly.
• Release assembly and component drawings to the Production and Tool Design sections.
• Control Engineering Change Notices (ECN) on old products.
• Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for new products.
• Ensure products are user and environment friendly.
• Review and provide feedback on vendor designs.
• Manage and coordinate all outsourced development at vendor sites.
• Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.
• Generate assembly drawings, individual parts drawings, and packing material specifications for the Purchase section.
• Design injection molds (e.g., two plates, three plates, slider, etc.).
• Reduce product costs through design implementation.
• Hands-on with ISO documentation.
