Job summary
We are looking for multiples DWC operators to support day-to-day production activities in a manufacturing environment for a leading Pipes and fittings manufacturing company.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor DWC Pipe extrusion and corrugation machines as per production requirements.
- Set and adjust machine parameters to ensure smooth production and consistent product quality.
- Handle extrusion, corrugation, cooling, cutting and related downstream operations.
- Monitor raw material feeding, temperature, pressure, speed and other machine parameters.
- Ensure pipes are produced as per specified dimensions, quality standards and production targets.
- Conduct basic inspection of finished pipes and identify defects or abnormalities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth machine operation.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, changeovers and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain production records and report machine breakdowns, quality issues and production deviations to the supervisor.
- Follow safety procedures, 5S and housekeeping standards on the shop floor.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience as a DWC Pipe Operator in a plastic pipe manufacturing plant.
- Hands-on experience with DWC pipe extrusion/corrugation lines is preferred.
- Minimum qualification is 10th passed.
- Knowledge of machine operation, process parameters and basic troubleshooting.
- Ability to work in shifts and achieve production targets.
